3. Orders and Payment

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity.
- Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Customers are required to inspect goods immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in claims being declined.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Faulty Goods
We aim to comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) while protecting our business from false or unreasonable claims.
5.1 Change of Mind
- Returns for change of mind are accepted only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Custom, clearance, or sale items may not be returned unless faulty.
5.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
- Claims for faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Supporting evidence (clear photographs and/or videos) is required.
- We reserve the right to inspect or assess the claim before approving any refund, repair, or replacement.
5.3 Our Discretion
While we act in good faith and may assist customers beyond strict legal obligations, any such assistance is voluntary and does not set a precedent for future claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
- We are not responsible for misuse, neglect, improper handling, or wear and tear of products after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under the CPA where such limitation is unlawful.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service or cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
- Decline refund or replacement requests deemed false, exaggerated, or unsupported by evidence.
- Block access to customers who repeatedly submit unreasonable or dishonest claims.
