At Decorra, we want you to love your home décor purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Order Verification
When your parcel arrives, please inspect your items carefully to ensure you’ve received the correct products, sizes, and finishes.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept liability for incorrect or missing items.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- The returned item must reach us within 7 days of your original delivery date.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking for your peace of mind.
Handling Fee
A 15% handling fee applies to refunds on items valued over R1,500. This covers transaction and processing costs.
NOTE: No handling fee will apply if you choose store credit instead of a refund.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, email us at Info@Decorra.co.za so we can assist you.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- If banking details are required, our Finance team will contact you.
- Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive your return for processing.
Sale Items
Sale items and purchases made using discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.
However, items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged or refunded back to the gift card balance.
